东莞市寮步镇工厂员工艾滋病知识和态度及行为调查

目的了解东莞市寮步镇工厂员工的艾滋病知识、态度、行为现况,为今后在工厂开展预防艾滋病健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样调查的方法,于2010年1月在寮步镇辖区内的工厂用问卷调查了1 020名员工。采用SPSS 12.0统计学软件,率的比较用χ2检验,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果寮步镇工厂员工艾滋病相关知识知晓率为60.4%,其中,大专以上学历人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率为77.4%;高中或中专学历人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率为64.3%;初中学历人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率为55.9%,三者之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。寮步镇工厂员工对待艾滋病正确的态度和行为形成率为68.7%。结论本次调查表明,寮步镇工厂员工艾滋病相关知识缺乏,在预防艾滋病感染方面存在不安全的行为,加强对工厂员工艾滋病相关知识的传授,是当前健康教育工作的重点。

AIDS-related knowledge,attitude,practice among factory workers of Liaobu town,Dongguan city

Objective To investigate the AIDS-related knowledge,attitude,practice（KAP）among factory workers of Liaobu town,Dongguan city,and to provide scientific basis for AIDS prevention education.Methods Random sampling was used to select 1 020 factory workers in Liaobu town in January 2010.Questionnaire survey on AIDS-related KAP was conducted among the participants.Results The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 60.4% for all the participants,and was 77.4% for those with college-level or higher qualifications,64.3% for those with high school or secondary school qualification,55.9% for those with junior high school qualification.The differences in awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge were significant among participants with different educational levels（P〈0.05）.68.7% of the participants developed the right AIDS-related attitude and practices.Conclusion The factory workers lack of the AIDS-related knowledge.Unsafe AIDS-related behaviors exist in the workers.Health education on AIDS-related knowledge should be adopted among the workers.
