脂肪肝患者血液流变学情况分析

目的分析脂肪肝患者和非脂肪肝人员的血液流变学指标变化情况,为预防由于血液流变学指标异常所引起的各类疾病提供帮助。方法对兰州市某事业单位30～50岁的职工进行B超检查,将确诊为脂肪肝的66名职工和非脂肪肝的71名职工进行血液流变学检测,并进行统计学分析。结果脂肪肝患者的全血高切黏度、中切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数和纤维蛋白原均高于非脂肪肝人员（P〈0.01）。结论脂肪肝患者各项血液流变学指标明显高于非脂肪肝人员,提示应对患有脂肪肝的人员进行定期体检,有利于对与血液流变学指标异常情况的相关疾病进行防治。

Hemorheological changes in patients with fatty liver

Objective To explore the hemorheological changes of patients with fatty liver,and to provide basis for prevention of diseases with hemorheological changes.Methods The employees aged 30-50 years in an institution of Lanzhou city were tested by ultrasonography B.Hemorheological changes of 66 employees diagnosed with fatty liver and 71 healthy people were determined.Results All the values of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,red cell aggregation index and plasma fibrinogen of the patients with fatty liver were higher than those of healthy people（P0.01）.Conclusion The hemorheological indexes of the patients with fatty liver are obviously higher than those of the healthy people,which indicates that the patients with fatty liver should take physical examination regularly.
