阴洁尔康洗液杀菌性能及毒性观察

目的了解阴洁尔康洗液的杀菌及毒性性能。方法依据卫生部《消毒技术规范》进行悬液定量杀菌实验及毒理实验。结果阴洁尔康洗液原液作用2 min,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀灭率为100.00%、对白色念珠菌的杀灭率为99.98%;含体积分数25%的小牛血清对阴洁尔康洗液杀菌作用有中度影响,将该洗液置54℃恒温箱中存放14 d,有效成分的含量下降率为2.50%。阴洁尔康洗液的小鼠经口LD50〉5 000 mg/kg,属实际无毒级,该洗液原液对家兔皮肤和阴道黏膜无刺激性。结论阴洁尔康洗液对细菌繁殖体、白色念珠菌具有一定的杀菌作用,动物毒性实验属实际无毒级,对家兔皮肤和阴道黏膜无刺激性,储存性能稳定。

Bactericidal properties and toxicity of Yinjiekang lotion

Objective To evaluate the bactericidal properties and toxicity of Yinjiekang lotion.MethodsSuspension quantitative bactericidal test and experimental toxicity tests were adopted in this study.ResultsYinjiekang lotion achieved 100% kill of Staphylococcus aureus and E.coli,99.98% kill of Candida albicans.The bactericidal properties of Yinjiekang lotion decreased with calf serum（25%,V/V）.2.5% of the concentration of active components inYinjiekang lotion were degraded in 54℃ for 14 days.The Yinjiekang lotion was proved to be actual nontoxicity with an oral LD50〉5 000 mg/kg for mouse.The Yinjiekang lotion was non-irritating to skin and vaginal mucosa.ConclusionYinjiekang lotion which was nontoxicity and non-irritating to skin and vaginal mucosa has played a significant bactericidal properties.It maintains stable during storage.
