| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物升高受检者PET/CT显像的护理。方法 210例因血清肿瘤标记物增高而常规影像检查未发现肿瘤病灶,均接受18F-FDG PET/CT检查。结果经过规范的围检查期护理,210例受检者都顺利完成了18F-FDG PET/CT显像,有76例（36.2%）受检者发现了肿瘤病灶。结论规范的18F-FDG PET/CT显像的围检查期护理直接关系到诊断报告的质量,关系到受检者的依从性等各个方面,必须予以足够的重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effective nursing care plans for patients with elevated serum tumor markers who underwent 18F-FDG-PET/CT examination.Methods Two hundred and ten subjects with elevated serum tumor markers but negative imaging results received 18F-FDG-PET/CT examination.Results All cases received standardized nursing care and completed the 18F-FDG-PET/CT examination.Seventy-six out of 210（36.2%） cases were found with tumor lesions.Conclusion Standardized nursing care play an important role on the diagnosis report quality of 18F-FDG-PET/CT examination.It also impacts the compliance of the patients. |
