血府逐瘀汤治疗老年原发性高脂血症60例疗效观察

目的观察血府逐瘀汤对老年原发性高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选取60岁以上诊断为原发性高脂血症的患者共120例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组60例。治疗组给予血府逐瘀汤,水煎服,每日1剂,对照组予口服脂必妥片（0.35 g/片）,1次3片,3次/d。检测两组患者治疗前后血脂水平及血液流变学指标。采用SPSS 12.0软件进行统计学分析,计量资料组间比较采用t检验,计数资料采用χ2检验,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果治疗组有效率明显优于对照组（93.3%vs60.0%,P〈0.05）。与对照组比较,治疗组胆固醇（TC）（4.01±0.16）vs（5.68±0.32）,P〈0.05]、甘油三酯（TG）（1.89±0.13）vs（1.92±0.11）,P〈0.05]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）（2.57±0.14）vs（2.80±0.33）,P〈0.05]水平明显降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）（1.61±0.12）vs（1.28±0.18）,P〈0.05]水平明显升高。低切变率全血黏度（6.33±1.02）vs（8.58±1.17）,P〈0.05]、红细胞压积（0.33±0.05）%vs（0.41±0.02）%,P〈0.05]、血小板聚集率（29.50±1.36）%vs（34.45±1.65）%,P〈0.05]明显降低。结论血府逐瘀汤对老年原发性高脂血症具有显著疗效。

Clinical effects of Xuefuzhuyu decoction on treatment of senile primary hyperlipidemia

Objective To investigate the treatment effects of Xuefuzhuyu decoction in elderly patients with primary hyperlipidemia.MethodsOne hundred and twenty elderly patients（≥60 years） with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly selected and divided into treatment group and control group（60 cases in each group）.The treatment group was administrated with Xuefuzhuyu decoction,and the control group Zhibituo tablet（0.35 g/tablet,3 tablets/time,3 times/day）.The serum lipid levels and hemorheological variables in the patients were determined before and after treatment.Chi-square and t tests were used to analyze the data.P〈0.05 was considered as significant.ResultsThe effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（93.3% vs 60.0%,P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the concentrations of total cholesterol（TC）,total triglyceride（TG） and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C）significantly decreased （4.01±0.16） vs（5.68±0.32）,（1.89±0.13） vs（1.92±0.11）,（2.57±0.14） vs（2.80±0.33）,P〈0.05,respectively]and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） significantly increased（1.61±0.12） vs（1.28±0.18）,P〈0.05]in the treatment group,and also the levels of whole blood viscosity at low shear rates,hematocrit and platelet aggregation significantly decreased（6.33±1.02） vs（8.58±1.17）,（0.33±0.05）% vs（0.41±0.02）%,（29.50±1.36）% vs（34.45±1.65）%,P〈0.05] in the treatment group.ConclusionXuefuzhuyu decoction has confirmed effects on senile primary hyperlipidemia.
