Caspase-3在大肠肿瘤中的表达及其临床病理意义

目的研究半胱氨酸天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶-3（Caspase-3）在大肠肿瘤组织中的表达情况及其与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系,从而评价其在大肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测Caspase-3在66例大肠癌、23例腺瘤性息肉及10例正常结肠黏膜组织中的表达情况及其与大肠癌临床病理特征的关系,采用SPSS 11.0对数据进行统计学分析。率的比较采用χ2检验,P〈0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 Caspase-3在大肠癌、大肠腺瘤性息肉及正常结肠黏膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为75.8%、56.5%和70.0%,Caspase-3在大肠癌中阳性表达率明显高于息肉组（P〈0.05）,而在大肠癌组与正常组之间、息肉组与正常组之间差异无统计学意义;Caspase-3表达与患者性别有关（P〈0.05）,而与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、分布部位、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移、有无远处转移及TNM分期等临床病理特征无关。结论腺瘤性息肉组织中Caspase-3呈低表达现象,提示Caspase-3低表达在大肠癌发生早期可能起一定作用。

Expression and clinical significance of Caspase-3 in colorectal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Caspase-3 in colorectal carcinoma（CRC）,and to evaluate its role in tumorigenesis and progression in human CRC.Methods Sixty-six CRC,twenty-three adenomatous polypi and ten normal colorectal mucosal tissue specimens were detected for the expression of Caspase-3 by immunohistochemistry method.The association between the expression of Caspase-3 and the clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The expression rate of Caspase-3 was significantly higher in CRC tissue（75.8%） than that in adenomatous polypi tissue（56.5%）,while no significant differences in Caspase-3 expression rate were found between CRC tissue and normal tissues（70.0%） as well as between adenomatous polypi tissue and normal tissues.The expression of Caspase-3 in CRC tissues was associated with gender,and was not associated with ages,tumor size,tumor site,differentiation degree,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and TNM stages.Conclusion The Caspase-3 expression level is lower in polypi tissue than those in normal tissues and human CRC,which suggests that low expression of Caspase-3 may play some roles in early tumorigenesis of human CRC.
