平阴县2007-2009年医疗机构网络直报死亡资料分析

目的了解平阴县医疗单位对死亡病例的报告情况,评价报告质量,分析死亡病例的分布特征与死亡原因。方法对平阴县2007-2009年医疗机构网络直报的死亡病例资料进行分析。结果 2007-2009年医疗机构合计报告死亡病人1 201例,占同期县公安局提供的死亡数的15.66%（1 201/7 671）,各年分别为348例、379例、474例。1 201例中,平阴镇占50.88%,0岁占1.52%,男性占62.37%,农民占58.62%;因循环系统疾病死亡的占40.80%,因恶性肿瘤死亡的占25.32%,因意外死亡占16.53%。结论网络直报死亡数据不能完整反映居民死亡情况,应提高报告质量。

Analysis of direct network report death data in Pingyin County,2007-2009

Objective To evaluate the quality of direct network report,and to analyze the distribution and causes of death.MethodsThe death data reported by the direct network reports in Pingyin County during 2007 and 2009 were analyzed.ResultsThere were total 1 201 death cases reported by the direct network reports during 2007-2009（348 reported in 2007,379 in 2008 and 474 in 2009）,accounting for 15.66%（1 201/7 671）of the death cases reported by the public security bureau.Among the 1 201 death cases,50.88% were located in Pinyin Town;1.52% aged 0～years;62.37% were males and 58.62% were peasants.40.80% of the cases died of circulatory system diseases,25.32% died of cancers,and 16.53% accidents.ConclusionThe quality of direct network reports should be improved to provide complete death data.
