兰州市男男性接触人群艾滋病现况调查研究

目的分析兰州市男男性接触人群（MSM）艾滋病（AIDS）流行特点和流行趋势,为制定该人群艾滋病预防和控制策略提供科学依据。方法采用MSM志愿者＂滚雪球＂的方法对200名出入酒吧和洗浴场所的男男性接触者进行问卷调查及血清学检测。结果联合国大会艾滋病特别会议（United Nations General Assembly Special Session on HIV/AIDS,UNGASS）指标知晓率为37.0%;共发现人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）感染者14例,感染率为7.0%,梅毒25例,感染率为12.5%;最近半年发生肛交性行为的比例为78.7%,最近一次安全套使用率为76.4%,安全套坚持使用率为49.0%;性伴数半年内少则1人,多则40人。结论兰州市男男性接触人群HIV感染率呈现快速增长趋势,与HIV感染相关联的梅毒感染率也很高,安全套使用率不高,应该加大MSM人群艾滋病预防知识宣传和高危行为干预的力度。

Investigation on AIDS prevalence among men who have sex with men in Lanzhou City

Objective To investigate the characteristics and trend of AIDS epidemic among men who have sex with men（MSM）,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of AIDS in this population.MethodsSnowball-based method was used to select 200 MSM in bars and bathing places for questionnaire survey and serological tests.ResultsThe level of awareness about UNGASS was low（37.0%） among the participants.Fourteen cases（7.0%） were found to be HIV-infected.Twenty-five cases（12.5%） were found to be syphilis-infected.Anal sex occurred in 78.7% of the participants during the recent half year.76.4% of the participants used condom at last sexual encounter.Only 49.0% of the participants consistently used condom.The number of participants′ sexual partners ranged from 1 to 40.ConclusionThe HIV infection increased rapidly among MSM in Lanzhou City.High syphilis infection rate and low condom use rate are observed in this population.Propaganda of AIDS knowledge and intervention of high-risk behaviors should be strengthened.
