血液透析患者外周血血小板P-选择素、L-选择素和细胞间黏附分子-1表达的研究

摘    要:目的 :研究血小板P -选择素 (CD62 -P)、淋巴细胞L -选择素 (CD62 -L)和细胞间黏附分子 - 1(I CAM - 1)在血液透析时的变化规律 ,探讨血透纠正尿毒症患者出血倾向的作用机制及寻找改善尿毒症患者免疫力低下的方法。方法 :用流式细胞术及免疫荧光染色法 ,分析了 2 6例血液透析患者外周血血小板P -选择素 (CD62 -P) ,淋巴细胞L -选择素 (CD62 -L) ,ICAM - 1(CD - 5 9)表达情况。结果 :透析开始时外周血血小板P -选择素 (CD62 -P) ,淋巴细胞L -选择素 (CD62 -L) ,ICAM - 1(CD - 5 9)表达水平显著低于正常对照组 ;透析结束后它们的表达水平均上调 ,显著高于透析开始时的水平。结论 :血液透析通过改善血小板活化功能来纠正尿毒症性出血倾向 ,血透有助于机体的免疫力的恢复。

Abstract:Objective:To study the change of P-selectin,L-selectin and ICAM-1 in hemodialysis as well as to investigate the mechanism of hemodialysis rectifying the blecding tendenly and to explore the methods to improve the immundogical function in the uraemia patients.Methods:Adhesion molecule P-selectin(CD 62 -P)on platelet and L-selectin,ICAM-1 on lymphocytes from peripheral blood were investigated in 26 hemodialysis patients by flow cytometric analysis and immunofluorescence staining method.Results:Shortly after hemodialysis,the expression of P-seletin on platelet and L-seletin,ICAM-1 on lymphocytes decreased significantly compared with normal central;Ending after hemodialysis,their expression increased significantly compared with the beginning.Conclusion:Hemodialysis can rectify uraemia patients bleeding tendency through improving the platelet activation function,hemodialysis can help to resume the immunity in uraemia patients.
