蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜血管活性物质的影响

摘    要:目的:观察蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜血管活性物质一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)以及内皮素(ET)含量的影响。方法:采用Okabe氏乙酸烧灼法在大鼠胃前壁造成溃疡模型分别连续给药治疗10天后,定量检测溃疡周围组织NO、NOS以及ET的含量。结果:与模型组相比,各给药组大鼠胃组织NO及NOS的含量明显增高(P<0.01),大鼠胃组织ET的含量明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物能显著增高大鼠胃组织NO及NOS的含量,同时显著降低大鼠胃组织ET的含量,这可能是蓝靛果乙酸乙酯提取物改善大鼠胃溃疡黏膜愈合的作用机制之一。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence of(ethy 1 acetate extraction of L oniceracaerulea L.Var.edulis Turcz.Ex Herd,EELC) on vasoactive fractions of gastric mucous coat,including nitric oxide(NO),nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and endothelin(ET),in rats with gastric ulcer.Method:Okabe's acetous cauterization was used to establish the gastric ulcer model in rat.The model rats were given drugs respectively for 10 days and then the contents of NO、NOS and ET in peripheral tissues of gastric ulcer were detected.Results:The contents of NO and NOS in gastric tissues in different groups increased obviously compared with that of the model group(P<0.01),and the content of ET in different groups decreased obviously compared with that of the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion:EELC could increase remarkably the contents of NO and NOS in rat gastric tissues and decrease the content of ET.It may be the mechanism of EELC in the improvement of gastric ulcer healing in rats.
