缬沙坦对高血压伴左室肥厚患者心功能的影响

目的　研究缬沙坦对高血压左室肥厚患者心功能影响。方法　采用缬沙坦与咪哒普利 2组治疗 ,观察 2组高血压左室肥厚患者心功能的变化。结果　 2组舒张功能 (VtiE/VtiT)治疗前后比较有显著差异 ( P <0 0 5 ) ,VtiE/VtiT明显上升 ,收缩功能 (EF、FS)治疗前后比较无显著变化 (P >0 0 5 ) 2组间比较无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　缬沙坦明显改善心脏舒张功能。

The influence of valsartan on left ventricular function in the patients of essential hypertension (EH) with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH)

Objective: To study the influence of Valsartan on left ventricular function in the patients of EH with LVH. Methods: All patients were divided into two groups treated with Valsartan or imidapril and their left ventricular functions were measured before and after drugs by examinating Dopper echocardiograpy. Results: The diastolic function of the patients receiving therapy improved. The values of VTIE/VTIT before and after the treatment of Valsartan were significantly different(P<0.05), while the values of EF were not different(P>05), but systolic function was similar before and after(P>0.05), and there was no difference between the 2 groups (P>0.05). Conculsion: It was suggested that diastolic function decreased but systolic function was in normal rage in the subjects of EH with LVH and valsartan could improve diastolic function.
