对不同工人群体SCL-90的元分析

目的：比较分析不同工人群体SCL-90九因子与全国常模的差异。方法：收集筛选出近10年关于不同工人群体的SCL-90研究成果30项，将其九个因子得分与常模进行效应量值计算，并对30项研究的各因子分进行聚类分析。结果：不同工人群体SCL-90的30项研究与全国常模比较的平均效应量值d为0、36；九个因子的d值，只有躯体化为0.82，处在高水平，其他八个因子均在0.50以下，处在低水平；聚类分析的结果与其一致。结论：除个别特殊物理环境下的工人外，不同工人群体的心理健康基本正常。1986年全国常模的躯体化分量表有进一步研究的需要；工人群体身心健康研究有待继续深化。

A Meta-analysis on SCL-90 of Different Worker Groups

Objective:To compare the differences between factors of SCL-90 of different worker samples and the national norm.Methods: 30 articles on SCL-90 of worker samples in the past decade were reviewed. Effect size of 9 SCL-90 factors were compared with the national norm of 1986, and cluster analyses were proceeded on the factors of 30 samples.Results: The mean effect size (d) between 30 samples and the norm was 0.36. All of the d values were low except somatization (0.82). Structures of cluster-analysis were similar to scores of factors and d values. Conclusion:The mental health of these samples were basically normal except a few that were in special physical environments. The somatization of 1986's norm need to be renewed while other factors of the norm are feasible for further studies on SCL-90 of worker samples.
