老年高血压患者合并急性脑血管病人群与颈动脉内膜-中层厚度与脉搏波速的相关性

目的探讨老年高血压患者合并急性脑血管病人群与颈动脉内膜一中层厚度与脉搏波速的相关性。方法选择该院收治的老年高血压合并急性脑血管病患者54例作为合并组，同时期就诊的50例老年高血压患者作为对照组。比较两组血压、血脂、颈动脉内膜中层厚度、脉搏波传导速度（PWV）的差异。结果合并组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；合并组C—IMT、IMT增厚的比例、发现颈动脉斑块的比例明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；合并组两侧PWV水平明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）；C—IMT与PWV、合并脑血管病呈正相关，PWV与合并脑血管病呈正相关。结论颈动脉IMT和PwV与急性脑血管病的发生具有密切相关性，多种无创检查联合应用并综合分析，对于急性脑血管病的预防具有重要的意义。

Correlation of IMT and PWV on elderly patients of hypertensive combining acute cerebrovascular disease

Objective To investigate correlation of IMT and PWV on hypertensive combining acute cerebrovascular disease elderly pa- tients. Methods 54 elderly patients with hypertensive combining acute cerebrovascular disease were selected as combination group, while 50 cases hypertensive patients were selected as control group. The differences of blood pressure, blood lipids, C-IMT, PWV in two groups were compared. Results The levels of TC,TG, LDL-C in combination group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The proportion of C-IMT and IMT thickened, the proportion of carotid artery plaque found in combination group were signif- icantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ;The level of PWV in combination group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. C-IMT had positive correlation with PWV and cerebral vascular disease（ P 〈 0.05 ）. PWV bad positive correlation with cerebral vascular disease. Conclusions Carotid IMT and PWV have close correlation with the occurrence of acute cerebrovascular disease. Multiple non-invasive examination and comprehensive analysis are helpful for preventing the acute cerebrovascular disease.
