| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨五常法在药房管理中的应用.方法 五常法管理模式.结果 显著提高药房管理效率.结论 使用五常法不仅能改善药房工作环境,而且能显著提高从业人员素质.此外,五常法的使用还能有效保障药房药品的质量,仪器设备的有效维护,以及健全更为完善的工作章程.总而言之,五常法模式对促进医院药学部制度化、标准化具有显著成效.

| Abstract: | Objective Discussion about the application of the ＂5S＂ methods in pharmacy management. Methods ＂5S＂ management strategys. Results Managment efficiency of pharmacy practice has been significantly improved. Conclusion Introduction of ＂5S＂ man- agement strategys not only improved the pharmacy working environment,but also obviously improve the personal characteristics. In addi- tion,using ＂5S＂ management strategys, guaranteed pharmacy drug quality, effectively instruments maintainance, and perfect working rules. In all, ＂5S＂ methods efficiently promote the process of institutionalization and standardization of pharmacy managment in hospital. |
