临床药师对白内障手术围手术期预防用药的干预效果分析

目的 探讨临床药师对白内障手术围手术预防使用抗菌药物干预的效果.方法 分别抽取2011年8-12月出院的白内障手术病例69例（干预前）和2012年8-12月出院的白内障手术病例66例（干预后）,对围手术期预防用抗菌药物合理性进行分析评价,以考察临床药师的工作效果.结果 临床药师干预后,预防用抗菌药物比例从干预前的100%下降为干预后27.3%（P＜0.05）;术后抗菌药物应用时间由干预前的（4.4±0.9）d缩短至干预后的（1.2±1.1）d（P＜0.05）.预防应用抗菌药物在适应证、药物选择、用法用量、用药时机等各方面较干预前均有明显提高.结论 临床药师对眼科白内障手术围手术期预防用抗菌药物实施干预的方法可行、有效,能提高围手术抗菌药物的合理应用水平,对促进临床安全、有效、经济的应用抗菌药物具有良好效果.

Clinical pharmacist intervention effects of prophylactic use of antibiotics in cataract operation

Objective To discuss the clinical pharmacists＇ role in prophylactic application of antibacterial in perioperative period of cat- aract operation. Methods The rationality of prophylactic use of antibiotics in cataract operation without intervention measures （ from Au- gust to December in 2011 ） and with intervention measures （from August to December in 2012） were analyzed respectively in order to in- vestigate the effect of the clinical pharmacists＇ work. Results After the intervention of clinical pharmacists, the prophylactic rates of an- tibiotics decreased from 100% before intervention to 27.3% after intervention（ P 〈 0.05 ） ）. The postoperative medication time of anti- bacterial use reduced from （4.4 ± 0.9） d before intervention to （ 1.2 ± 1.1 ） d after intervention （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The preventive application of antibiotics was improved obviously as compared with pre-intervention in aspects of indications, medicine selection, dose and timing for medication. Conclusions Clinical pharmacists＇ intervention in perioperative prophylactic application of antibacterial in ophthalmologic cataract operation is feasible and effective, and can improve the rational use of antibacterial. The intervention can promote the level of safe, effective, economical use of antibacterial in clinical practice.
