血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的疗效观察

目的观察血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的疗效。方法将2011年3月-2013年2月间在该院进行维持性血液透析并出现皮肤瘙痒的90例尿毒症患者随机分为观察组（n=45）和对照组（n=45），观察组患者采用血液透析联合血液灌流治疗，对照组患者给予血液透析治疗治疗。结果观察组患者的瘙痒症状、血β2微球蛋白（β2-MG）、甲状旁腺激素（PTH）、血磷（P^3-）、血肌酐（Scr）和尿素氮（BUN）都明显地优于的对照组患者（P〈0．05），但是两组患者之间的血钙（Ca^2＋）没有显著差异（P〉0．05）。结论血液透析联合血液灌流治疗尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的疗效显著，值得在临床推广应用。

Effects of hematodialysis and hemoperfusion on skin itch in patients with uremia

Objective To observe the effects of hematodialysis and hemoperfusion on skin itch in patients with uremia. Methods 90 patients with uremia in Yongchuan District Hospital from March 2011 to February 2012 were randomly divided into observation group （n = 45 ） and control group （ n = 45 ）. Observation grouP was given hematodialysis and hemoperfusion therapy and control group was given hematodialysis therapy. Results The itching, β2-MG, p3 - , TNF-α, Scr, and BUN in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there was no significant difference in Ca^2 ＋ between two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The hematodialysis and hemoperfusion in treatment for skin itch has a better effect,which can be used preferred method to treat skin itch in patients with uremia.
