睾丸扭转的诊断与治疗

[目的 ]提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。 [方法 ]回顾性分析 1 4例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料。 [结果 ]早期误诊 1 0例。 1例隐睾扭转者行睾丸切除术 ;1 3例阴囊内睾丸扭转者中 ,4例手术复位 ,9例因睾丸坏死予以切除 (71 % )。 [结论 ]睾丸扭转误诊率高 ,一经诊断即应及时复位 ,切除坏死睾丸或预防性固定

Diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion

To study the diagnosis and treatment of acute testicular torsion. Clinical data of 14 cases of testicular torsion were analyzed retrospectively. Ten patients had been misdiagnosed. Ten patients(71%) were undergone orchiectomy because of necrosis of the testicles, including 9 cases of intracrotal torsion and 1 case of crytorchidism with torsion. [Conclusions] Testicular torsion has to be diagnosed correctly on time and the detorsion has to be performed early. For diagnosis of testicular torsion color-Doppler ultrasonography image is a reliable method. In order to save the testicle with early surgical exploration orchidopexy might be mandatory to avoid recurrence.
