阿莫西林联合碳酸铝镁片与兰索拉唑治疗消化道溃疡的临床观察

目的：观察阿莫西林联合碳酸铝镁片和兰索拉唑治疗消化道溃疡的疗效和安全性。方法：将272例已被我院确诊的消化道溃疡患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组140例患者采用兰索拉唑＋阿莫西林＋碳酸铝镁片治疗，对照组132例患者仅口服兰索拉唑。2组疗程均为6周。观察2组患者治疗4周和6周时的有效率和疼痛缓解情况，并记录不良反应。结果：治疗组和对照组患者治疗4周和6周时的有效率分别为83．6％VS．66．7％和97．9％VS．85．6％，2组同时期有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组不良反应发生率（18．0％）高于对照组（12．0％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但不良反应均较轻微，不影响继续治疗。结论：阿莫西林联合碳酸铝镁与兰索拉唑抗溃疡的疗效较好，不良反应轻微。

Clinical Observation of Amoxicillin Combined with Hydrotalcite Tablets and Lansoprazole in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

OBJECTIVE： To observe therapeutic efficacy and safety of amoxicillin combined with Hydrotalcite tablets and lansoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer. METHODS： 272 cases diagnosed as peptic ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 140 patients in treatment group were treated with lansoprazole＋amoxicillin＋Hydrotalcite tab- lets, and 132 cases in control group were given lansoprazole orally. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 6 weeks. Effective rate and pain reli6f were observed in 2 groups 4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment, and adverse drug reaction were recorded. RESULTS：.,The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 83.6% and 66.7% after 4 weeks of treatment and 97.9% and 85.6% 6 weeks after treatment, there was significant difference between 2 groups （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse drug reaction in treatment group （18.0%） was higher than in control group （12.0%）, there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）, but adverse drug reaction was slight and didn＇t affect subsequent treatment. CONCLUSION： The effective rate and the incidence of ADR of amoxicillin combined with Hydrotalcite tablets and lansoprazole are higher than those of lansoprazole alone, and adverse drug reaction is slight.
