Abstract: | A 74-year-old male had cardiac catheterization complicated by embolization of a thrombotic proximal saphenous vein graft lesion. Cardiogenic shock ensued. Successful aspiration thrombectomy was performed using a 7F multipurpose guiding catheter advanced to the site of obstruction. There was complete angiographic resolution and reversal of cardiogenic shock. © Wiley-Liss, Inc. |
