| 摘 要： | 跟腱是人体最粗大的肌腱,在下肢运动中有重要作用.跟腱疾病包括跟腱断裂和跟腱病.随着超声新技术的不断发展,超声在跟腱检查中广泛应用,为跟腱疾病的诊断、治疗及随访提供重要参考信息.本文就弹性成像、介入超声、超微血管成像、超声造影、三维成像等技术在跟腱疾病诊疗中的应用进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | Achilles tendon is the largest tendon in the human body, which plays an important role in lower limb movements. Achilles tendon diseases include Achilles tendon rupture and Achilles tendinopathy. With the continuous development of new ultrasonic technology, Musculoskeletal ultrasound is widely used in Achilles tendon and provides important reference information for the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of Achilles tendon diseases.This paper reviews the application progress of conventional ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography (UE), interventional ultrasound, superb microvascular imaging (SMI), contrast-enhanced ultrasonography (CEUS), and three-dimensional imaging in Achilles tendon diseases |
