| 摘 要： | 目的探讨A型肉毒素对称注射法在面部除皱中的应用优势．方法采用A型肉毒素以面中线为中轴对称注射面部皱纹，接受治疗的患者68例，其中额横纹、眉间纹、鱼尾纹62例，鼻唇沟纹、鼻背纹6例．结果68例患者面部动力性皱纹完全消失，有效率100％，无1例出现眉下垂、睑外翻、面部不对称等不良反应和并发症．结论A型肉毒素对称注射治疗面部动力性皱纹，操作方法简单、安全有效．

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the advantage of administering symmetrical injection of BTX -A for face lifting. Methods 68 cases were treated by BTX - A injection symmetrically with face middle point as its middle axis. Among them 62 cases were of frontal stria, glabella wrinkles and fish tail stria; 6 cases were of nose back wrinkles. Results Facial wrinkles of 62 cases completely disappeared with an effective rate of 100%. No complications such as blepharoptosis diplopia or lower eyelid occurred. Conclusions In the treatment for face wrinkles with BTX- A inject symmetrically, the operative method is simple, safe and effective. |
