癌症患者心理指导的对照研究

目的探索心理治疗在癌症患者综合治疗中的疗效.方法将入院肺癌病人随机分组,分别于治疗前后应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行测评.研究组在躯体治疗同时,加用心理社会干预,对照组只进行躯体治疗,三个月治疗结束后进行疗效评定.结果治疗前研究组SAS及SDS评分与对照组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗后研究组SAS及SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05).临床疗效评定结果为研究组显效率93.3%,对照组为76.7%,研究组疗效明显优于对照组.结论对癌症患者适时进行心理社会干预,能更有效改善情绪,控制症状,提高疗效.

The role of psychological direction in cancerous diseases

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of psycho|social intervention for the cancerous patients.Methods:the admitted lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups and both SAS and SDS were tested prior to the treatment and at the third month after the treatment respectively.Psychosocial intervention was introduced into the sutdy group during the soma to|therapy in the study course.For the control group,only soma to|therapy was given.Results:No difference in SAS and SDS was found between the two groups before the treatment,but both SAS and SDS in the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group after the treatment( P <0.05).The effective rate by clinical efficacy assessment was 93.3% in the study group and 76.7% in the control group.It was better in the study group than that in the later one.Conclusions:The introduction of psychosocial interventiion into the cancer patients at proper time could improve the feeling,control the symptoms and elevate the effective of the soma to therapy.
