济南市1995～2005年淋病流行病学分析

[目的]了解济南市1995～2005年淋病的流行情况和发展趋势,为制定有效的预防控制策略提供科学依据.[方法]对济南市1995～2005年淋病疫情资料进行流行病学分析.[结果]1995～2005年共报告淋病病例5335例,年均发病率为8.63/10万;高发年龄段为20～39岁;重点人群是工人、农民、干部职员、商业服务业.[结论]济南市淋病疫情呈逐年上升趋势,提示在制定防治措施方面应做相应调整和有针对性的加强对重点人群和高危人群的健康教育工作.

EPIDEMIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF GONORRHEA IN JINAN FROM 1995 TO 2005

[Objective] To summarize the prevalence trend of gonorrhea from 1995 to 2005 in Jinan, so as to provide scientific evidence for developing effective prevention and control strategies. [ Methods ] The data of gonorrhea epidemic situation from 1995 to 2005 in Jinan were used for statistical analysis. [Results] From 1995 to 2005, a total number of 5335 gonorrhea cases were reported in Jinan, the average incidence rate was 8.63/100 000 per year. The high risk age was between 20 and 39. The key groups were workers, farmers, cadres and office clerks, commereial and service workers. [Conclusion] The epidemic trend of gonorrhea increases year by year in Jinan, which reminds us of adjusting control strategies and further strengthening health education on the key and high-risk population.
