肠内临床营养在胃肠道疾病中的应用

营养治疗已广泛应用于临床,其实施主要通过胃肠道和静脉两种途径,目前静脉营养有滥用的趋势,带来了许多相关的并发症,也提高了治疗费用.为了引起大家对肠内临床营养(En-teral Chnical Nutrition,ECN)的重视,我们从消化内科角度讨论了营养与胃肠道的关系,及ECN应用的心得.ECN制剂分为非要素饮食及要素饮食,投予方法有口服、经鼻胃管、鼻十二指肠管及空肠造瘘管投与.本文讨论了各种ECN制剂的特点及应用实例,并介绍了一种新的鼻十二指肠管的插管方法:ECN的主要并发症是腹胀和腹泻,但大多数病例是可以避免的.ECN是一种简单、安全、经济的营养途径.

Enteral Clinical Nutrition in the Treatment of Gut Diseases

Nutritional therapy has been used widely in the clinical experience through two pathways-enteral and parenteral (intravenous) ones However, intravenous nutrition is showing a tendency to be overused, which may result in a lot of complications and increasing therapic cost In this paper we discussed a relationship between nutrition and the gut and a use of enteral clinical nutrition (ECN) in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases ECN nutrients are divided into nonelemental and elemental ones They are feeded by feeding nasogastric ube, nasoduodenal tube, and jejunal tube Various ECN nutrients and usage methods were also discussed in this paper. Furthermore, a new method of inserting feeding nasoduodenal tube was introduced. The main complications of ECN were flatulence and diarrhea But these might be avoided in most cases ECN is a simple, safe, and costless nutritional therapy
