| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨胃癌雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PgR)与幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的关系.方法:采用S-P免疫组化染色法检测64例胃癌活检组织中ER和PgR.结果:胃癌ER和PgR的阳性表达明显高于肠化生、异型增生和慢性浅表性胃炎(P<0.01);HP阳性胃癌中ER和PgR明显高于HP阴性组(P<0.01);肠化生、异型增生ER和PgR在HP阳性和HP阴性组间均无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论:胃癌中ER和PgR表达与HP感染有相关性.

| Abstract: | Objective: To assess the relationship between estrogen (ER) and progesterone receptors (PgR) and helicobacter pylori (HP) infection in gastric cancer. Methods: ER and PgR in 64 gastric biopsy specimens of gastric cancer were measured using strepta-vidin peroxidase methods in immunocytochemisty. Results: The positive expressions of ER and PgR in gastric cancer were much higher than that of the intestinal metaplasia (IM), dysplasia and chronic superficial gastritis respectively (P <(0.01). ER and PgR positive rates in the positive group of HP in gastric cancer were much higher than that of negative group of HP (P<0.01). There was no statistical difference in the ER and PgR between positive group of HP and negative group in IM and dysplasia ( P >0. 05) . Conclusions: The expression of ER and PgR correlates highly with HP infection in gastric cancer |
