中药糖平煎对实验性糖尿病降糖机理的研究

摘    要:目的 :观察糖平煎对糖尿病大鼠的降糖作用和机理。方法 :采用一次性腹腔注射链脲佐菌素的方法复制大鼠糖尿病模型 ,用糖平煎连续治疗 15d。结果 :糖平煎大、小剂量组和模型对照组比较FBG显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,MDA含量明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血清Ins水平、血清SOD水平显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,组织学观察可见糖平煎组胰岛数量及胰岛内细胞数量明显增多 ,免疫组化染色显示B细胞Ins分泌颗粒丰富。结论 :糖平煎可以改善胰岛B细胞功能并促进Ins的分泌 ,可以抗自由基损伤 ,具有良好的降血糖作用

Abstract:Objective:To observe the reducing sugar function and mechanism of diabetic rats with Tangpingjian. Methods:To duplicate the rats of the diabetic model and once injection of STZ into the abdominal cavity for 15 days. Results:The large and small dosage Tangpingjian group compared with the model contrast group, the FBG ( P<0.01) and MDA( P<0.05) are marked drop; the serum Ins. and SOD levels are ascending obviously ( P<0.05) . The Ins. quantity and its cells amount are increased markedly, which are observed histologically; the stained immunohistochemical exam shows the abundant B cell Ins. secretory granules. Conclusion:Tangpingjian may improve the Ins. B cell function, promote the Ins. secretion and resist the free radical damage, and has a good effect on lowering the blood sugar.
