| 摘 要： | 遗传因素在帕金森病发病中的作用越来越受到人们的关注。DJ-1基因是新近发现的又一个帕金森病的致病基因。本文就DJ-1的组织分布及其病理特点,DJ-1的结构与功能,DJ-1的病理性突变及在散发和早发帕金森病中的突变频率,DJ-1的致病机制进行了概述。

| Abstract: | Recently,more and more attention have been focused on the role of genetics in the pathogenesis of Parkinson disease.DJ1 gene is a newly discovered gene related to Parkinson disease.Here,the structure,tissue location and pathological properties of the DJ-1 Protein are reviewed.The DJ1 mutant protein and its association with early onset and sporadic Parkinson disease are also discussed in the review. |
