深圳市15～59岁妇女伤害流行状况分析

目的 了解深圳市15～ 59岁妇女伤害发生的流行病学特征,为开展妇女伤害的预防控制工作提供科学依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,随机抽取深圳市4个社区,对4个社区内所有15～59岁妇女进行调查,共2 592人,并分析其伤害发生状况.结果 深圳市妇女2010年伤害的年发生率为11.03％.伤害类型前3位依次为碰撞/硬物击伤(32.87％)、扭伤(21.68％)、跌倒/坠落(11.54％).伤害以浅表伤最常见.结论 妇女伤害的发生率较高,应采取宣传教育、健康促进等干预措施逐步降低妇女伤害的发生,控制社区妇女伤害.

Analysis on injuries among women aged from 15 to 59 in Shenzhen City

Objective Investigating the epidemiological characteristics of injuries among women aged from 15 to 59 in Shenzhen City,so as to provide guidelines for women injury interventions.Methods A cluster sampling method was used and injuries status of 2 592 women aged from 15 to 59 in 4 communities of Shenzhen City were investigated.Results In 2010 annual rate of non-fatal injuries among women was 11.03% in the 15-59 year-old group in Shenzhen City.The first three kinds of women injuries were collision（32.87%）,sprain（21.68%） and unintentional fall（11.54%）.The most common injury was superficial injury.Conclusions The annual rate of women injuries was high,we should carry out injury prevention and control programs such as publicity and education,health promotion,etc to reduce women injuries in rural communities.
