高职学生人际关系和自尊现况及其影响因素研究

摘    要:目的 探讨高职院校学生人际关系和自尊现况及其影响因素.方法 采用整群抽样方法调查安徽省2所高职院校3867名学生,探讨其人际关系与自尊现状及其影响因素.结果 高职学生人际困扰检出率为36.6%,男性人际关系困扰得分高于女生(t=3.43,P=0.001);男女间自尊水平差异无统计学意义(t=0.730,P=0.465).独生子女与非独生子女自尊水平和人际关系困扰间差异均有统计学意义(均有P<0.05).在自尊和人际关系困扰上,不同生源地、不同朋友数量间差异均有统计学意义(均有P<0.05).结论 高职学生人际困扰检出率较高,影响高职学生人际关系和自尊水平的因素较多,有待进一步研究.

Abstract:Objective To assess interpersonal relation and self-esteem state of vocational college students, and to provide a scientific basis for carrying out appropriate mental health education for higher vocational colleges. Methods The interpersonal relationship, self-esteem situation and some relevant factors of 3 867 students in two vocational colleges in An- hui Province were investigated through a cluster sampling method. Results The rate of interpersonal relationship disturb- ance in higher vocational students was 36.6%, male students was higher than females (t--3.43, P=0.001 ). There were significant differences between non-only-child students and only-child students in self-esteem and manner of dealing with people (all P〈0.05). Different number of close friends and family residences showed significant different in self-esteem and interpersonal relation (all P〈0.05). Conclusions The rate of interpersonal relationship disturbance in higher voca- tional students is higher, and they are affected by multiple factor. It remains to be further in-depth research.
