| 摘 要： | 内皮细胞的损伤及功能障碍是促进冠心痛发生发展的首要因素，内皮祖细胞能够定向分化为成熟的内皮细胞，促进内皮修复和血管新生，因此为冠心病治疗提供了新的思路，现就内皮祖细胞移植在冠心病治疗方面的应用作一综述。

| Abstract: | Endothelial dysfunction and cell loss are the most important factors influencing the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. Endothelial progenitor cells （ EPCs） not only differentiate into mature endothelial cell but also promote the repair of endothelium and neovascularization. EPCs have provided new ideas for the treatment of coronary heart disease. This article is a review of progress made in the therapeutic application of EPCs in coronary heart disease. |
