144例肾活检临床与病理分析

目的结合该院肾脏疾病的临床表现和病理改变,探讨肾活检的临床价值。方法对144例肾脏疾病进行肾活检,分析其临床表现与病理类型。结果本组患者临床表现以肾病综合征与尿检异常为主(分别为53.47%,22.22%)。原发性肾小球疾病111例,其中IgA肾病和系膜增生性肾小球肾炎所占比例最高,分别为33.33%和20.72%;继发性肾小球疾病32例,以LN、HBVGN、HSPGN较常见。结论肾活检对肾脏疾病的诊断、治疗具有重要的临床意义。

Pathologic analysis on 144 case of renal biopsy

Objective] To evaluate the pathologic entities of percurtaneous renal hiopsy. Method] 144 patients of renal diseases were put percutaneous renal biopsy. Then their clinical and pathological data was compared and analyzed.Result] In 144 cases, Nephrotic syndrome accounted for 53.47% and urine abnormal accounted for 22.22%. In 111 primary glomerular disease, IgA nephropathy and mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis occupied 33.33% and 20.72%. In 32 secondary glomerular diseases, the main diseases were lupus nephritis, HBV associated glomerulonephritis and glomerulonephritis of Henoch-Scholein purpura.Conclusion]Renal biopsy was very important to diagnosis and treatment of kidney disease.
