中西医结合治疗慢性病毒性心肌炎并发顽固性心律失常134例临床观察

目的 观察中西医结合治疗慢性病毒性心肌炎并发顽固性心律失常的临床疗效。方法 全部134例患者予生脉散加减，水煎服,日1剂；黄连素0.3g，每日4次，1周后效果不明显者加量至0.5g，每日4次。4周为1个疗程。结果 134例患者总有效率为71.8%，其中室上性早搏为84％，室性早搏为52.9%，前者疗效明显高于后者（P＜0.05）。且随着心律失常的纠正，各项心功能的血流动力学指标明显改善（P＜0.05）。结论 中西医结合治疗慢性病毒性心肌炎经济简便，副作用少，疗效确切。

Investigation of omtegratopm of Traditional Chinese Medicine amd Western Medicine on 134 cases with chronic viral myocarditos complicated with refractory arrhythmia

Objective To observe clinical effect of integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on chronic viral myocarditis complicated with refractory arrhythmia. Methods 134 cases with chronic viral myocarditis complicated with refractory arrhythmia were treated by Shengmai powder combined with Berberine. The therapeutic course was four weeks. Results The total effective rate was 71.8%. With correct of arrhythmia, indexes of myocardiac function and homodynamic were improved. Conclusions Integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine can produce a definite effect on chronic viral myocarditis complicated with refractory arrhythmia.
