妊娠晚期合并贫血对妊娠结局影响的研究

目的研究在我院分娩妊娠晚期贫血对妊娠结局的影响。方法收集2007年1月～2011年12月31日,产科病历,分娩产妇单胎,无内外科严重疾病,妊娠晚期合并贫血共585例。进行回顾分析,其中随机选择同期非贫血妊娠妇女500例,进行比较。观察贫血对母儿的影响。结果共收集合格病例585例,妊娠晚期合并贫血总患病率9.45%。贫血发生人群分布中孕妇非京户籍,职业多为打工者,妊娠晚期合并贫血占16.79%,孕妇为京户籍者占6.26%,贫血孕妇产后出血、新生儿窒息、胎膜早破、低体重儿,发生率明显高于非妊娠贫血妇女,（P〈0.05）。结论妊娠贫血对母儿的健康影响较大,加强特定人群及妊娠妇女保健宣传及健康饮食教育,妊娠期贫血的检查和检测,预防孕妇贫血,减少不良妊娠结局的发生。

Effection of anemia in late pregnancy on pregnancy outcome

Objective: To study the effection of anemia in late pregnancy on pregnancy outcome.Methods: 585 cases with anemia in late pregnancy were collected in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2011 which wiht single baby,without severe disease,compared with 500 cases which were randomly selected for the same period of pregnant women without anemia,to observe the impact of anemia on mother and new borned child.Results: We analysised total eligible 585 cases,and found that the incidence of anemia in late pregnancy is 9.45%,In which occurred about 6.29% in Beijing local people,and 17.03% in ecdemic people.in anemia women,th incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,neonatal asphyxia,premature rupture of membranes,the of low birth weight children was significantly higher than non-anemic women.Conclusion: The incidence of anemia in late pregnancy is harm for the pregnant women and new borned baby,it is very useful to put more punch into healthcare and education in specific population of pregnancy women,preventing adverse pregnancy outcomes.
