| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法测定多潘立酮片的含量及含量均匀度。方法采用C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-乙腈-0.5%醋酸铵溶液(55∶10∶35),检测波长:287nm,流速:1.0mL.min-1,柱温:30℃。结果测得多潘立酮线性范围为23.5～235.2μg.mL-1(r=0.9993),平均回收率为100.57%,RSD为1.86%。结论该法专属性强,操作简便,结果准确。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a practical method for determination and content uniformity of Domperidone Tablets by HPLC.METHODS The detection conditions:HPLC column was used C18column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),the mobile phase consisted of methanol-acetontrile-0.5%ammonium acetate(55∶10∶35).Detection wavelength was 287nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.RESULTS The linear range of concentration curve was 23.5~235.2μg·mL-1(r=0.9993).The average recovery of the added sample was 100.57%(RSD=1.86%).CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and specific. |
