摘    要:[目的 ] 探索用硅烷化衍生—气相色谱法测定化妆品中α- 羟基酸的可行性。  [方法 ] 用N ,N- 二甲基甲酰胺 (DMF)提取化妆品中的α- 羟基酸 ,硅烷化衍生后 ,用毛细管气相色谱分析。  [结果 ]  5种α- 羟基酸的回收率在92 %~ 10 1% ,相对标准差为 1.7%~ 5 .9% ,在标准曲线范围内线性良好。  [结论 ] 该法用于化妆品中α- 羟基酸的测定 ,基质干扰显著减少 ,测定结果准确性高 ,值得推广。

Abstract:To investigate the feasibility of a Silylation Gas Chromatography (GC) method to detect AHAs in cosmetics. AHAs in cosmetic sample were extracted by DMF, then derivatived by BSTFA. The five AHAs in cosmetics could be isolated and detected by capillary gas chromatography. The recoveries of five AHAs ranged from 92% to 101%, their standard deviation ranged from 1.7% to 5.9%. Correlation coefficients were good. [Conclusion] This method of detecting AHAs in cosmetics has excellent precisions and obstruction of bases decreased obviously. It is worthwhile promoting.
