银杏达莫注射液治疗急性脑梗死72例

目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床治疗效果。方法将急性脑梗死患者144例按就诊顺序随机分为两组,治疗组72例,给予银杏达莫注射液10mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL静脉滴注。对照组72例,给予丹参注射液20mL加入5%葡萄糖注射液250mL静脉滴注。两组均每天1次,疗程均为15d。比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分的变化及治疗后有效率。结果治疗组和对照组有效率分别为94.5%,75.0%(P<0.05);治疗组神经功能缺损评分下降幅度较对照组明显(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,有推广应用价值。

Effect of Yinxing Damo injection on acute cerebra infarction

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Yinxing Dauo injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction(ACI).METHODS By randomization 144 ACI patients were divided into two groups.Seventy-two patients in the treatment group received Yinxing Damo injection(10mL) in 5% glucose injection(250mL)(iv,qd),and seventy-two patients in the control group received a mixture of Danshen injection(20mL) in 5% glucose injection(250mL)(iv,qd).All the patients were treated for 15 days.The effects and changes of neuro-funtion were scored before and after the treatment.RESULTS The effective rate in the treatment group was 94.5% and in the control group 75.0%(P<0.05).The scores in the treated group was significantly lower than in the control grop(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Yinxing Damo injection is a safe and effective drug in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,and has clinical value.
