| 摘 要： | 目的]了解推拿治疗小儿食积的疗效。方法]使用多种推拿手法治疗小儿食积122例,疗程均为半个月。结果]痊愈96例,有效19例,无效7例,总有效率为94.26%。伤食患者的痊愈率明显高于脾阳虚和胃阳虚患者(P<0.01),病程不到60天的伤食患者的痊愈率明显高于病程超过60天的伤食患者(P<0.01)。结论]推拿治疗小儿食积有较好的疗效。
