| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨口臭检测中鼻闻法和Halimeter法的相关性。方法:分别用鼻闻法和Halimeter口气仪检测36例慢性龈炎口臭患者和31例慢性龈炎无口臭患者感官口气值(OR值)和挥发性硫化物(VSCs)口气值,并对其数值进行Pearson相关分析。结果:慢性龈炎口臭患者和无口臭患者口臭检测中鼻闻法和Halimeter口气仪法相关系数为0.821,两者相比,差异显著。结论:在口臭研究中口气的检测鼻闻法和Halimeter法有显著正相关性。

The correlation analysis between oroganoleptic assessment and Halimeter |

| Abstract: | Objective： To study the correlation between oroganoleptic assessment and Halimeter detection methods when assessment patients with oral malour in our experiment. Methods： 36 patients with chronic gingivitis and oral malour were selected as test group, 31 patients with chronic gingivitis as control group. Organoleptic scores （OR）value and volatile sulfur compounds （VSCs） value were measured by oroganoleptic assessment and Halimeter instrument detection respectively. Results： The correlation coefficient （r） was equal 0.82 based existing analysis of oroganoleptic assessments and Halimeter detection which shows between oroganoleptic assessment and Halimeter detection methods. Conclusion：There is positive correlation between oroganoleptic assessment and Halimeter detection. |
