| 摘 要： | 目的：研究复方降脂灵（Fufang Jiangzhiling，FJ）降血脂的药理作用。方法：观察复方降脂灵对小鼠实验性高脂血症及大鼠食饵性高脂血症模型中胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）含量的影响。结果：复方降脂灵能抑制Triton WR-1339所致小鼠TC、TG的升高，明显降低大鼠食饵性高脂血症模型TC、TG的含量。结论：复方降脂灵有一定的降血脂作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the lipid-lowering effects of Fufang Jiangzhiling(FJ) in mice and rats.Methods:To investigate the regulating action of FJ for hyperlipidemia of mice and rats,we studied triglycerides(TG),total(holesterol(TC) content in serum of hyperlipidemia mice and rats.Results:FJ could lower TC and TG levels in serum of the mice induced by Triton WR-1339,and could remarkably reduce TC and TG levels in serum of the hyperlipidemic rats model.Conclusion:FJ had the effects on decreasing the level of serum lipids. |
