| 摘 要： | 目的：初步探讨ＣａｇＡ＾＋Ｈｐ与胃十二指肠疾病的关系，方法：检测１０３例胃十二指肠疾病患者的血清ＣａｇＡ－Ｈｐ－ＩｇＧ抗体，了解含ＣａｇＡ基因Ｈｐ在胃十二指肠疾病中的感染率，结果：消化性溃疡患者的ＣａｇＡ－Ｈｐ－ＩｇＧ抗体阳性率明显高于慢性胃炎组（Ｐ〈０．０５）。活动性胃炎组的抗体阳性率又明显高于非活动性胃炎组，结论：ＣａｇＡ＾＋Ｈｐ与消化性溃疡，活动性胃炎关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between H Pylori strain with CagA gene and gastroduodenal diseases Methods:The serum antibodies to the CagA protein were determined in 103 patients with gastroduodenal diseases Result:The positive incidence of serum antibodies to the CagA protein were significantly higher in patients with peptic ulcer than in those with chronic gastritis( P <0 05),and the levels of antibodies were significantly higher in patients with chronic active gastritis than in those with chronic inactive gastritis Conclusion:We suggest that CagA positive strain is associated with peptic ulcer and chronic active gastritis |
