| 摘 要： | 甲型副伤寒是由热带亚热带沙门氏菌感染所致的急性肠道传染病,国内较少见.本文结合1例输入型甲型副伤寒并脓毒血症、心肌损害患者的诊疗情况并回顾相关文献,探讨甲型副伤寒的发病规律及诊治要点.
