| 摘 要： | 艾滋病合并脑裂头蚴病是一种罕见疾病,临床症状不典型,诊断及治疗存在一定难度,极易误诊及漏诊.现对我院收治并确诊的首例艾滋病合并脑裂头蚴病患者进行报道,并复习相关文献,对该病的临床表现、影像学特征、诊断及治疗进行相关探讨,为临床诊治艾滋病合并脑寄生虫病提供参考.

| Abstract: | AIDS complicated with cerebral sparganosis is a rare disease.Due to atypical clinical symptoms,diagnosis and treatment are difficult,misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis rates are high.The first case of AIDS complicated with cerebral sparganosis who was admitted to and diagnosed in our hospital is reported in this study and the relevant literatures are reviewed.This study aims at discussing the clinical manifestations,imaging features,diagnosis and treatment of this disease,and providing a reference for treatment of AIDS complicated with parasitic encephalopathy. |
