活血化瘀方药抗肝纤维化的形态学研究

摘    要:目的 :观察活血化瘀方药对肝纤维化形态结构的影响及作用机理。方法 :采用大鼠免疫性肝纤维化模型 ,实验分正常对照、病理模型对照、预防和治疗 4组。结果 :损伤组出现肝细胞变性、坏死。细胞质疏松 ,结构模糊 ,线粒体肿胀 ,嵴消失 ,粗面内质网池扩张 ,脱颗粒 ,细胞核固缩。贮脂细胞活化、增殖。胶原纤维大量增生。应用药物防治后 ,肝细胞线粒体、粗面内质网增生 ,贮脂细胞和胶原纤维数量明显减少。结论 :活血化瘀中药组方有明显保护肝细胞、抗肝纤维化的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of formulas and herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis on hepatic morphology and structure and its mechanism.Methods:Rat immune hepatic fibrosis model was used.Experiments were divided into the following four groups:normal,model,prevention and treatment.Results:In model group,hepatic cells degenerated and necrosed cytoplasm became loose and confused;mitochondrion swelled and its criste disappeared;rough endoplasmic reticulum dilatated and its pellets dropped.Nucleus phknosed.Hepatic stellate cells activated and proliferated.Collagenous fiber multiplied greatly.After using drugs,the hepatic mitochondrion and rough EM proliferated;hepatic stellate cells and collagenous fibers reduced obviously.Conclusion:Formulas and herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing stasis can effectively protect hepatic cells and resistion hepatic fibrosis.
