卵巢腺纤维瘤及囊性腺纤维瘤的超声特征

摘    要:目的探讨卵巢腺纤维瘤(OAF)及囊性腺纤维瘤(OCAF)的超声声像图特征。方法对33例经术后病理证实的OAF及OCAF的超声特点进行回顾性分析。结果超声检出卵巢旁或卵巢内肿块25例,包括实性4例、囊性11例、囊实混合性10例,但均未能正确诊断卵巢腺纤维瘤或囊性腺纤维瘤。CDFI于乳头或实性区不易检测到血流或少血流。结论卵巢腺纤维瘤及囊性腺纤维瘤的超声声像图表现有一定特征,结合CDFI可提示肿瘤的性质,但确诊仍依靠病理。

Abstract:Objective To observe the ultrasonic features of the ovary adenofibroma (OAF) and cystadenofibroma (OCAF). Methods Ultrasonic features of 33 patients with OAF or OCAF confirmed pathologically were retrospectively analyzed. Results Twenty-five patients had lesions in the ovary or near the ovary, including 4 cases of solid mass, 11 of cystic mass and 10 of mixed cystic-solid mass. All OAF and OCAF were misdiagnosed with ultrasound. CDFI could hardly detect blood flow signal in the papillary or solid areas of the lesions. Conclusion Ultrasonogram of OAF and OCAF have certain characteristics. Combined with CDFI, ultrasound may be helpful to assess the nature of the tumor, while final diagnosis still depends on pathology.
