| 摘 要： | 目的：提高对糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死（AMI）死亡率高与ACEI对该病作用机制的认识。方法：查阅国内外有关糖尿病合并AMI的文献加以总结。结果：糖尿病心肌存在微循环障碍，对血管内皮损害大，导致广泛冠状动脉病变。结论：ACEI对心脏和血管有重要调节作用，可降低糖尿病合并AMI的死亡率，改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study a greater mortality of Acute Myocardial Infarction in Diabetes Melliuts and the Mechanism of ACEI on it.Method:Referring to the literature on Acute Myocardial Infarction in Diabetes Mellitus and Treatment,then concluding them.Results:There is microcirculation dysfuction in myocardium of diabetes which have great harmful effect on vscular endodermis and leading to extensive coronary artery diseases.Conclusion:ACEI plays a great role in adjusting heart and blood vessels and decreases the mortality of Acute Myocardial Infarction in Diabetes,improving the prognosis. |
