摘    要:目的:探讨微粒子酶联免疫分析法(MEIA)在女性生殖器疾病患者血清CA 125检测中的准确性、正常参考值及其应用前景。方法:对MEIA法测定女性生殖器疾病患者血清CA 125含量进行方法学检测,同时与酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)和放射免疫法(RIA)相比较,并检测461例妇科病患者血清CA 125水平。结果:该方法最低检测限可达2u/ml,批内干均变异系数(CV)为8.7%,批间CV为10.7%,高、中、低3个浓度的平均重现率为98.7%,实验结果与目前国内使用的ELISA法和RIA法高度相关(r=0.969和r=0.975)。MEIA法检测CA 125正常参考范围定为0—35u/ml。结论:MEIA法灵敏度高、重现率好,检测迅速准确,易于自动化操作且无放射性污染,临床应用前景广阔。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the efficiency of microparticle enzyme immunoassay(MEIA) in detecting serum CA 125 in female patients with genital diseases.Methods:MEIA was used to detect the content of serum CA 125 in female patients with genital diseases.MEIA was compared with ELISA and RIA.The level of serum CA 125 was measured in 461 female patients with genital diseases.Results:The minimum test limit of MEIA was 2 u/ml ,and the average CV was 8.7% within the group and 10.7% between the group.The average rate of recovery of high ,medium and low concentration was 98.7%.The results of MEIA were correlated with those of ELISA and RIA( r =0.969 and r =0.975).The normal range of serum CA 125 was 35 u/ml.Conclusions:MEIA can be applied to the detection of serum CA 125 in female patients with genital diseases,which has the advantages of high sensitivity,high rate of recovery,easy operation and no radiation.
