子宫内膜癌中P16INK4a和CyclinD1基因的表达及临床意义

目的研究P16INK4a和CyclinD1在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义,并探讨两者表达的相关性.方法采用免疫组化SP法检测58例子宫内膜癌中P16INK4a和CyclinD1蛋白的表达.结果P16INK4a、CyclinD1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为32.76%、51.72%,两者的表达均与临床分期有关(P＜0.05),P16INK4a蛋白表达还与组织学分级有关(P＜0.05);P16INK4a和CyclinD1蛋白的表达呈负相关(r=-0.428,P＜0.01).结论P16INK4a和CyclinD1与子宫内膜癌的发生和发展有关,且两者存在协同作用.

Expression of P16INK4a and CyclinD1 in endometrial carcinoma and their clinical significance

Objective To investigate the expression of P16 INK4a and CyclinD1 in endometrial carcinoma and their clinical significance,and to assess the correlation between their expression status.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect P16 INK4a and CyclinD1 expressions in 58 cases of endometrial carcinoma.Results The positive rate of P16 INK4a was 32 76% and its expression was related to histological grade and clinical stage( P <0 05).The positive rate of CyclinD1 was 51 72%.The CyclinD1 expression was associated with clinical stage( P <0 05).There was an inverse correlation between P16 INK4a and CyclinD1( r =-0 428, P <0 01).Conclusion P16 INK4a and CyclinD1 have synergistic effect and may play an important role in the development and progression of endometrial carinoma.
