超声臭氧雾化治疗仪治疗阴道炎的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察应用超声臭氧雾化治疗仪治疗阴道炎的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治并确诊为细菌性阴道炎、假丝酵母菌性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎的240例患者,其中160例患者进行超声臭氧雾化治疗仪治疗,80例患者予传统药物治疗。超声臭氧雾化治疗仪治疗的160例患者用清水棉球擦净阴道分泌物后,通过一次性导气头将臭氧治疗仪产生的臭氧混合气体引入阴道后穹隆,治疗10 min,每日1次,7次为1个疗程。疗程结束后观察患者治疗效果,并与经传统药物治疗的80例阴道炎患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果160例阴道炎患者经臭氧治疗后外阴瘙痒、阴道黏膜充血和阴道清洁度均有明显改善,总有效率达98.1%,平均缓解时间(2.5±0.5)d。经传统药物治疗的患者有效率为92.5%,平均缓解时间(3.8±0.8)d,2组比较具有显著统计学差异(P〈0.05)。结论超声臭氧雾化治疗阴道炎的治愈率高,症状缓解时间缩短,且方法简便易操作,安全性较高,是临床上有效的物理治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of ultrasonic ozone atomization therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods 240 patients with bacterial vaginosis, candida vaginitis or chomoniasis vaginitis were recruited in our hospital and divided into two groups. 160 cases in the first group were treated using ultrasonic ozone atomization therapeutic apparatus and 80 cases in the second group were treated with conservative medication therapy. After cleaning the vaginal secretions, the 160 patients were treated with ozone gas produced by ozone atomization therapeutic apparatus for 10 minutes per day. The therapeutic effects were observed after 7-day treatment and the comparative study were conducted between these two different groups. Results The clinical symptoms, including vulvar itching, vaginal mucosa congestion and vaginal cleanliness, of 160 patients treated with the ultrasonic ozone atomization therapeutic apparatus in the first group were improved apparently and the total cure rate was 98.1% with an average remission time being (2.5 ±0.5) days. The cure rate of patients treated with conservative medication therapy in the second group was 92.5%and the average remission time was (3.8±0.8)days, which was significantly ineffective than the first group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of ultrasonic ozone atomization in the treatment of vaginitis were effective with the high cure rate, short symptom relief time and simple operation methods.
