经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨骨折临床观察

目的：观察分析在胫骨骨折治疗中经皮微创钢板内固定术的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析68例胫骨骨折患者临床资料,按治疗方法分为研究组（34例）和对照组（34例）,研究组采用经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗,对照组采用传统切开复位解剖钢板内固定术治疗,对比观察两组患者临床效果。结果：研究组骨折愈合率、手术时间、术中出血量、骨痂形成时间、骨折愈合时间、恢复行走时间、关节功能恢复、并发症发生率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：采用经皮微创钢板内固定术治疗胫骨骨折临床效果显著,能有效愈合患者骨折,恢复关节功能,是治疗胫骨骨折的理想方法。

Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Plate Fixation Treatment of Tibia Fracture Clinical Observation

Objective：To observe analysis in tibial fractures in treatment,the clinical effect of minimally invasive plate fixation.Methods：A retrospective analysis of clinical data of 68 patients with fracture of tibia,according to the treatment is divided into research group（34 cases）and control group（34 cases）,group treated by percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation,the control group with traditional anatomic plate internal fixation（orif）,contrast to observe clinical effect of two groups of patients.Results：The team fracture healing rate,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,callus formation,walking time,fracture healing time,recovery time,joint function recovery,complications were superior to control group,the difference is statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation treatment of tibia fracture clinical effect is remarkable,the fracture healing of patients effectively,to restore joint function,is the ideal method for the treatment of tibial fractures.
