2型糖尿病患者心理分析及护理体会

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者心理特征及干预效果。方法收集2型糖尿病患者258例，随机分为观察组和对照组各129例，观察组给予常规治疗及护理，对照组在此基础上加强心理干预。评价两组焦虑自评价表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分差异。结果两组经治疗及护理后，SAS和SDS的评分均明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；而观察组评分改善由于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在2型糖尿病患者的治疗及护理过程中，应重视其心理状态并进行心理，可以解除其不良心理状态，增强治疗依从性。

The Psychoanalysis and Nursing Experience of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics and intervention effects of Type 2 diabetes mellitus （T2DM）. Methods 258 cases of T2DM were collected and divided into observation group and control group （129 cases in each group）. The control group accepted ordinary treatments and nursing, besides those the observation group accepted psychological intervention. We compared the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and Self-Rating Depression Scale （SDA） in both groups. Results After the ordinary treatments and nursing, the SAS and SDS in each was improved （AllP＆lt;0.05）. The SAS and SDS in observation group were better than those in control group （AllP＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion In the course of treatments and nursing to T2DM, we should pay attention to the psychological characteristics and conduct psychological intervention which could eliminate bad psychological state and promote compliance.
